English spoken mass

Every first Sunday of the month CCG organises an English spoken Mass for the international students. The choir will sing during the Mass and bring music to worship and honour Jesus. Everyone is invited. The Mass is held in the Heilig Hart Church located at Patersplein, Rooierheide Diepenbeek. It is organised by international students and starts at 10h.

Would you like to sing in the choir? Contact Gilles through:

Faithsharing

Every month, we have a moment of faithsharing that allows us to deepen our faith in Jesus. During the gathering, we help each other to grow closer to Jesus through testimonies, a (short)movie, the news of the day or a preacher.

Are you curious or looking for a deeper relationship with Jesus? Do you want to quit your lukewarm era, but you have no clue how? Or are you looking for a Christian community? Join us during one of our moments of faithsharing. It starts at 17h in our room.

Campus Mass

We celebrate a Mass at the campus with Priest Bart Coenegrachts a couple of times a year. Afterwards, you can have conversations with each other while having a snack.

Board game evenings

This evening is the perfect time and place to meet other students. Bring your own board game and discover games from all over the world. Invite your friends and make it an unforgettable evening!

Movie evening

Once a year, CCG organises a movie night. We will watch a (Christian-inspired) movie, with afterwards an opportunity to exchange thoughts with one another when you want. When the film ends, we will head back to our room or another bigger room where dinner (sandwiches) awaits. The film will cover various topics and theme’s which we can discuss while eating.

Location: aula H1
Doors open at 16h30 and the movie will start at 17h. Registration is needed.

PS: You can contact us when you want something specific or a warm meal, we will see what we can arrange.

Excursions

Going on an excursion as a group allows us to know each other better, share our faith and deepen our relationship with Christ. Even when you want to meet new people and/or like the activity, you can join some of the planned events. We can go to Christian events together, go for a walk or picnic, visit fasinating exhibitions or go on a pilgrimage.

The data of the excursions will be visible in the agenda. Most of the time, it will start at 17h. However, it will depend on the activity itself. Furthermore, a blog will be published and consist specific details and an enrolment link.

Acts of charity

As a Christian community we care for every person on earth, so we want to put our time and energy into helping others. We can share our friendship and love with society through a visit to a residential care centre where we entertain our elderly people, solidarity actions, or chat with the underprivileged.
